Fix Leaking Shower Faucet - Hints & Tips

If you think only tennis and football can be fixed, you better think again. Guess what, it's just as easy to fix leaking shower faucet. So if scouting for solutions to put a definite end to the interminable battle with those ominous leaks and drips has become more of a tiresome joke, here are tips at their formula best that ensure the blueprint for success. They are ideal for those languishing in an ephemeral world of bright ideas.

A Vexed Subject, No More

Here are tips that neither require a nuanced understanding of plumbing techniques, nor the need of high-end tools. Just a pipe wrench and assortment of 'O' rings, and you're sure to experience an epiphanic episode. Let's start with:

Cutting off the water supply completely, either in the bathroom or in the main cut-off valve in the basement.

Let the water in the leaky faucet drain completely.

It's now time to take off the faucet handle screw. This is achieved by turning the screw clockwise, with a modicum of help from a screwdriver or knife.

Remove the faucet handle, making use of a handle hammer in case it's stuck at the head with the stem of the faucet.

You've finally managed to reach the root of the problem- the rubber gasket. The moment this part leaves dregs on your hands, you know its innings has come to an end.

Replace the worn out part, but make sure the new ring is placed correctly inside the shower head. A slight deviation from the norm could undo all your efforts.

Lime deposits around the handle should not be allowed to settle comfortably either.

Replace all the parts that have been removed.

I know you are delirious with anticipation and dying to know if your efforts have actually paid off. Just turn on the water and the self-evident truth is there for all to see.

Optimal Ways of Arranging Furniture

Ever noticed how some rooms seem cozy and comfortable, whereas others have an indifferent and frosty look? Many attributes such as color and lighting contribute to a room's ambience; the way the furniture is arranged also influences the atmosphere. Whether you are refurnishing or setting up a new room, or enhancing the level of comfort in an existing one, it helps to understand, first and foremost, how to arrange furniture in a way that suits your needs and helps in creating enjoyable and comfortable spaces.

Furniture arrangement needs to start with understanding and analyzing the space of your room, how many people use the room, what is the room used for and so on. Balanced rooms are more pleasing to the eye and make more effective use of the available space.

Many people simply set up their furniture haphazardly throughout their house. This can be quite understandable; after all, furniture can be heavy and awkward to move, and many homes simply aren’t friendly to furniture arrangement. However, by taking the time to arrange your furniture creatively, you can gather many advantages. Proper furniture arrangements can help to increase your comfort, define spaces, make smaller spaces look larger and vice versa. Most often people are so overwhelmed with the potential and insecurities of furniture arrangement, they are often left wondering where to start? One way out is to hire an interior decorator who will typically set their prices based on the number of hours, square footage of the home, etc. This may work out very expensive though. By using the services of an interior designer, you receive the benefit of their expertise to help you refine your selections and avoid costly mistakes. However, hiring the right decorator with great money saving tips can definitely help.

If you know exactly what look is required for your rooms, you can decorate your home yourself. Ask yourself these questions about the room you want to redesign: what is the basic shape of the room, and what are its dimensions? What is its inherent nature? What are its problems? What are its plus points? Make a floor plan to help you visualize where to place furniture, how many pieces will fit into the room? Start with one room at a time. If you need brainwaves, check out model homes, furniture stores, decorating TV shows, furniture magazines and books, catalogs, and so on. Although it is difficult to point and say this is where this piece is to be put, some guidelines can be provided which will help you think about how you will use your space.

Choose furniture that serves the room’s purpose. Ideally, a small room should have small pieces of furniture and large rooms should have heavier ones.

Clean out the room before moving in the furniture

Carpets and rugs help bring color and interest into the room.

Visual interest can be enhanced by using “out of the ordinary” objects that could serve as décor.

By arranging your furniture in new and exciting ways, you can help to redefine your rooms and make your house a real home. As mentioned earlier arranging furniture is a huge task and there are no hard and fast rules but with the right décor tips, furniture can be suited to fit your family better.

Furniture Care Tips: Make Furniture Last Long

Whether you are buying a new barcalounger or a large metal wall art, buying new furniture can be a fun and exciting adventure. But cleaning and caring for them can be a different story altogether, as many furniture owners think of this activity as a tedious chore. However, we cannot undermine the importance of proper caring for the furniture because this makes these pieces last a long time with us.

There is a wide array of furniture of different materials to choose from. Each material requires a different kind of cleaning method. To help you care for your furniture properly, here are some wonderful tips to keep in mind.

Wood

Wood furniture such as wooden chairs and wooden wall décor must be dusted regularly, several times a week to maintain a surface free of debris and to help avoid soil build up. Dust the furniture using a clean, dry and lint-free cloth. For general cleaning, wash the furniture surface with mild soap and water. Rinse with water and dry with a clean cloth thoroughly afterwards.

Make sure that you protect all your wooden furniture against direct sunlight. This means that you have to place your wooden chairs and tables away from the windows but if you do, ensure that the windows are properly covered with drapes or curtains to minimize sunlight. The sun’s strong rays can dry and fade the color. It is also a bad idea to place wooden furniture near air vents because forced air can deteriorate the quality of the material.

Aluminum, metal or steel

Proper maintenance of modern furniture made of aluminum, metal or steel like a large metal wall art can be done through regular dusting and occasional wiping with soft, damp cloth. For tougher dirt, wash with hot and soapy water. Rinse and then dry with a soft cloth afterwards.

Never use any abrasive, strong detergent or cleansing powders to clean this kind of furniture because some of these may contain alkali, which can cause the pitting of this material. Rinse and dry afterwards.

Leather

Read the manufacturer’s instructions for care for leather furniture. There are specific leather conditioners that should be used for cleaning and keeping the shine of the material. If there are no available instructions, clean dirty leather by wiping a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth.

Marble

Wash marble furniture with clean cloth and lukewarm water. Once every six months, you can wash it with a mild detergent to remove soil buildup. It is not necessary to wax marble especially white ones because wax can cause for a yellowish tone to develop.

Reed, cane and wicker

For pieces of furniture made of these materials, you can clean them using a vacuum with a brush attach. You also have the option of washing them with mild soap and lukewarm water. Just make sure that you do not wet the wooden parts of the furniture. Use a dry cloth to dry the surface and to absorb any excess moisture.

Caring for your furniture and making it last a long time are not that difficult if you have the knowledge and patience on how to do these things.

Easy Tips for Decorating Small Apartments

Whenever you are decorating a small apartment, there are often two major concerns. The primary focus is almost always to give the impression that the room is larger than it actually is. Secondly, because you are renting, to be careful of any changes you are making.

An important point to remember while decorating small apartments is to always consult the landlord first. Being the primary decision-maker of the property, the landlord may or may not consent to any redecorating ideas that you may have. When you are denied painting or making significant changes, remember that you can always create a new feel for the place without distressing your landlord too greatly. It is imperative to get approval from the landlord before getting started on your project!

Whenever your landlord does not agree to your painting the apartment, you can often improve the character of a room simply by allowing your persona to shape your choices in décor. For instance, as you are decorating a small apartment, hang up old photos or graphic art on the walls. One option is to go to a flea-market and buy reasonably-priced, unfinished picture frames and paint or varnish them yourself. Posters, woven rugs, and mosaics can produce the essence of your spirit while adding color and flare to the apartment.

Fortunately, most apartments originally are painted in subtle colors. Consequently, while decorating a small apartment, don't worry about altering the color since these colors will create the impression of larger rooms. Remember that attempting to crowd the room with too many effects will only cause the room to feel cramped. My suggestion is to select furnishings that fit the dimensions of the room. This allows you to be at ease in your surroundings while maintaining a stylish appearance!

Your Guide to Using a Correct Lubricant For Drilling

Drilling is a very heat intensive operation. The reason the heat is generated is because the friction between the drill and the surface of the material which is being drilled. Here are my tips for the lubrication while drilling.

This heat which is generated can cause the drill to actually get damaged and also the material to be damaged. In fact because of intense heat sometime the debris from the drilling action itself will get stuck on the surface of the drill core and hence will cause the drill to be damaged.

Enter the lubricants and the use of lubricants will help you avoid all these problems and in fact there is rarely any drilling which can be performed without the use of a lubricating medium.

The harder the surfaces the more heat they will be generating while doing the drilling and the better the lubricant that you will have to use for lubrication. For example if you are drilling a hole in a concrete surface using the diamond drill bits then you will have to use a special lubricant as opposed to just water as the both surface aver very hard and hence it will mean that there will more friction there.

The auto engine oil is the lubricant that most commonly is used when you are drilling a hole in iron type surfaces. The other important thing to remember is that you just cannot keep on drilling constantly. Make sure that you give the drill a rest every 5 to 10 seconds so that heat gets dissipated.

Water is used a lubricant as well as heat countering mechanism in a lot of drilling operations that are light in nature. The water acts as a lubricant as well as it takes the heat away from the operation. Then there is castor oil which is used in many industrial style lubricants because it has good viscosity as well as good density for it to not flow easily away from the application area.

Another thing which is very important is that while using the drill make sure that lubrication mechanism is also in order. In some cases such as drilling holes at homes if you do not have good lubricant application mechanism you can simple use the water in a beaker and use your hand to drop water at the drilling zone intermittently. For industrial use there are many special nozzles which are used for supplying lubricants to the affected areas.

Tips For Hanging Pictures

If you are moving into a new home or remodeling your current home and you don't have an idea about how to group and hang your artwork, mirrors and other décor to bring out the feel you wish to portray, don't worry. We have tips and ideas that will give you inspiration.

First, remember that people look at pictures hung at eye level. Although people are different heights, the default height for a normal picture is 66 inches from floor to the center of the hung object.

If the artwork is wider than the furniture below, it will not look appropriate. You may want to choose a different place to hang that picture.

Use two picture hooks with picture hanging wire when hanging pictures of substantial size. Space the hooks as far apart as you can on the back of the frame. This will provide a straight hanging of the picture so that it does not tilt. Also, check to make sure that you have the appropriate wall hangers available for the type of wall that the item will be hanging on.

If a group of pictures are hung together, the frames and artwork should complement each other. Choose coordinating or complementary frames that provide a unified look. Artwork should have similar themes and coloring.

If you are unsure about how the group of pictures will look on your wall, trace the pictures on pieces of paper and tape them to the wall to see what looks most visually pleasing prior to hanging the pictures as a test on your wall.

Home Improvement Tips

Houses are extremely valuable assets which are sometimes worth a lifetime of work and sacrifice. But homeowners know that their efforts are more than worth it because these assets not only provide financial security but also years and years of joy. Real estate properties are known for lasting even hundreds of years, but for that to happen, a certain maintenance has to be provided. This is something which should be taken into account at the time of purchasing your future home. Will you be able to afford remodels and repairs? What is more, some very old houses might need to be completely refurbished before being sold or even inhabited.

If the time to improve your home or one of your rental properties has come, you must be fully aware of the fact that there are dozens of things to thought over, plan out and decide on. This is an investment of sorts, and any bad decisions you make will result in possible very undesirable money losses. In this article you will find some tips on home improvement for you to make the best possible deal.

What Will You Improve?

So you are eager to make some renovations in your home to turn it into your dreamed house. This is all very nice, but it is more complicated than that. Before embarking yourself in this process, you should have a very clear idea of what needs to be renovated. What is more, think of the added value your house will have with this renovations. Some home additions then to be rather useless if your idea is to sell the property in the short run.

For example, you might be dying to build a swimming pool or a sunroom, but have recently tied the knot and want to start a family as soon as possible. You know your current house is not big enough for you to have a large family, which is exactly what you want. Will it be worth it to spend thousands on an improvement which will not add significant value to your property? Think about it, you would be loosing money in the end.

How Much Will It Cost? How Much Are You Willing To Spend?

These are questions you should be asking yourself from the very beginning. It is not a mystery that home renovations and additions can easily cost several thousand dollars, but having a clear idea of how much you will spend on the project is key for deciding on the type of funding you will need.

There are many online calculators you can resort to so as to get the rough numbers, but this should only be a mere indication. You should not base your entire project estimate on a calculator because chances are you will either get too large a loan or fall short on the loan amount. None of the two possibilities are attractive because if your loan is too big, you will be paying interest on money you will not use and if it is too small, you will have to resort to a second loan, thus having two monthly payments, two interest rates, etc. You get the picture.

The best thing you can do so as to avoid expensive mistakes is to get in touch with contractors and architects and obtain quotes.

Home Guttering Tips

Though most homes have gutters and downpipes to collect rainwater and route it away from the building, in extremely heavy rainfall areas it is often dispensed with, having difficulty carrying the large volumes of rainwater deposited in short periods of time.

For homes with guttering and downpipes an annual inspection should be performed as a minimum, to ensure the guttering and downpipes are free of obstructions and in serviceable order.

Obstructions during periods of heavy rainfall can see household guttering retaining water rather than channeling it away, resulting in rain water running inside the house, damaging plaster walls, or become a fire hazard in summer time in bushfire prone areas.

Once comprising individual galvanised iron profiles manufactured to set lengths, todays gutter and downpipes are made from either continuous length Zincalume steel, Colorbond aluminium, or plastic, with the latter more prone to attack by UV rays than the first two.

For guttering to be effective and prevent "ponding" a minimum gutter fall of 1 in 500 is recommended, with the depth and width of the channeling and profile suitable dictated by local rainfall conditions.

For standard family homeowners most building supply centres carry stock of pre-cut aluminium guttering lengths in a range of standard profiles for replacing small sections of a houses guttering, or for small extension projects, while for entire house replacement of guttering in Brisbane the entire process is generally performed onsite.

Specialist gutter repair companies are able to remove and replace a home's gutters and downpipes in less than a day, a truck onsite rolling out continuous guttering lengths of your desired profile, with one piece generally only required for each continuous, vertical surface.

In areas of heavy rainfall, or where groundwater running towards the footings of a house result in excessive amounts of water, the construction of either a gutter channel or an agricultural (agi) drain, often called a soakage drain, will help prevent excessive water from damaging your foundations, and possibly leaching through to interior walls.

Ideally a drain will be about 200mm wide and 600mm to 900mm deep, with a layer of 20mm screened gravel covering to about 100mm below the ground surface. A layer of shade cloth or similar on top of the stone will help prevent soil seeping through the stone, with dirt being used to complete the backfill.

If you attempt to fix a gutter by yourself be sure to work safely. It can be very dangerous working off ladders without using proper scaffolding or a safety harness.

Home Soundproofing Tips and Ideas

No matter where you live, home soundproofing is something that is much needed. That is because a lot of unwanted noise can usually creep into your house through a lot of different tiny voids that you may not even see. In fact, one of the main things that sound comes through is your doors and windows. This is because these are things that are not insulated. The first step that you need to take whenever you are trying to do some home soundproofing is to make sure that you buy some of the latest doors and windows to put in your home. New technology is coming out all the time that has led to manufacturers coming up with new and improved ways to help keep unwanted sound out of your home. For example, a lot of windows are now double glass windows that have a little space in between the two pieces of glass. This acts like a piece of insulation to help keep noise from traveling through it.

There are a few ways that you can go about doing your home soundproofing. One of the ways is by absorbing the sound. This is, of course, done by having things that can grab the sound waves and their energy and keep them from moving through a surface. A lot of people do this by putting insulation in their walls. Not only is this going to help with keeping your house warm or cold, it is going to also help with keeping the noise level out. Of course, another way is to block sound from entering your house. This is done by creating a type of barrier that goes around your house. This is, of course, going to stop the air movement, which is going to reduce the sound. A lot of people do this by building walls around their home.

The last two ways that you can go about soundproofing your home is by breaking the sound and isolating the sound. When you are trying to break sound, you are doing this by trying to keep it from moving though your walls and ceilings. A good way to do this is to make sure that the structure of your house is wrapped. This is going to help break up the sound waves as it enters into your house. Now, the isolation works much like the windows that we talked about. This is where stuff is used to deaden sound by confining it to one area. When dealing with the windows, the space between the two glass pieces works as the isolating factor.

As you can clearly see, there are a lot of ways to go about doing some home soundproofing. No matter what you do, remember that you can never fully soundproof your home. On that same note, there is a lot that you can do to make your house almost soundproof. By following a few of the tips that we talked about today, you should be able to soundproof your house for the most part. The best place to start off, though, is with your doors and windows.

Most people have the impression that home improvement is difficult. Every day across the country there are people taking on home improvement jobs that start out showing great promise. However most of these have very disappointing results. At the end of the day, home improvement is not all that hard. Here are a few easy ways to improve your home.

When you select a contractor, do your homework by getting references of past projects they have completed. This little bit of due diligence will save you the heartache and aggravation of a job gone wrong. The best case scenario being that you must live in a house that makes you unhappy, the other side of the coin being that you must live in a home that is unsafe. The small investment of your time to check the contractor out properly will be time well spent in the end

You might be considering getting a new steel front door. Have you considered giving it a coat of paint? You could even use one of those paints that have interesting effects or you could apply a faux finish to the door which would give it the illusion of being quite expensive.

A quick and simple way of bringing new life into an otherwise dull and boring bathroom is to put in a new set of metal bathroom fixtures. Things like cabinet knobs, toilet paper holders and shower curtain rods can be obtained in many different styles. home improvement stores will have these available in style and color coordinated packs that can be fitted within a day.

There is a saying "A wise man seeks counsel", this could never be more true than in the home renovation industry. A stitch in time saves nine so see out the advice, whether it be online or in person of those more experienced in this type of work than yourself. Even though you know you can do the job yourself, of you just stand back for a minute and listen to these people you may find there is something you never thought of.

Each year it is a good idea to assess your home and make a list of the things that you need to get done. You can categorise these projects into short medium and long term projects. Spend a little time working out roughly how much time and money each of these tasks will take. Now you can systematically go through all of them as the year progresses. A few years of this and you will have your dream home. Don't think of these things as hard work, the fact of the matter is that you have to live in the home so why not increase its value at the same time - A win win situation.

Here is a far simpler and small improvement tip yet one that delivers great satisfaction and pleasure once its done. Clean out your kitchen and pantry. Throw away out of date canned foods and spices. Wash the shelves and put in new fresh liner paper. Now pack like items together so that you dent have to search endlessly when you are in a rush to prepare food.

So keep these tips in mind when tackling home improvement projects and you will find that more often than not the end result will be more satisfying and successful.

List of 21 Termite Prevention Tips

First remember that termites need two things to survive: water and wood. The places in and around your home where water and wood meet provide a thriving ground for termites. Remember that infested wood may look rotten. Here are some tips to keep your home safe.

  • Firewood should be kept away from the house. Store firewood outdoors until needed. Stack firewood off the ground and make sure that air is able to flow through the stack. Firewood must be kept off the ground because termites often live at ground level.
  • Sometimes termites are visible. If you find termites in your firewood, burn all the wood promptly.
  • Remove tree stumps. Termites often live in tree stumps even though you cannot see them.
  • Never allow vegetation to grow over your vents.
  • During renovations, never bury wood scraps.
  • Inspect the base of your home. Make sure cracked cement joints are sealed. Termites can gain entry through a crack 1/32 of an inch wide.
  • Do not allow moisture around the foundation of your home.
  • Make sure that your home is properly ventilated to reduce humidity in crawl spaces.
  • Make sure that water runoff is directed away from your home.
  • Clean downspouts and gutters regularly.
  • Plumbing and roof leaks must be repaired promptly.
  • Avoid all wood-to-ground contact.
  • Make certain that wood steps are off the ground.
  • Regularly inspect trellises, wooden steps and lattice work for termite damage.
  • Avoid attaching wooden trellises to your home.
  • If lattice work is affixed to your home, make sure that it is 6-8 inches off the ground.
  • Never allow standing water near your house.
  • Choose pea gravel or crushed stone over landscaping mulch. If mulch is used, keep mulch away from wood siding. Use mulch sparingly close to the dwelling.
  • Inspect dryer vents and air conditioner condensation pipes for possible access points.
  • Always pretreat prior to construction.
  • Remember that your weekly lawn maintenance time provides an excellent opportunity to keep watch for termites.

Basic Cooking Tips

Gourmet cooking is an art form, and some people just have a natural knack at making food fabulous. Anyone can become a decent cook, however, with just a few simple cooking tips:

Don't Rush Through With The Cooking Process

Most cooking errors come when people get in too big of a hurry. Give yourself plenty time to cook, especially when you are cooking a dish for the first time. Making sure you have ample time will help ensure that each dish can be tended to properly and will all be at the perfect temperature when the meal is served. Often food isn't at its very best because it is slightly undercooked. Allow yourself enough time so that everything is browned properly and cooked through. Nothing will turn guests away from your food like a cold spot!

One Thing At A Time

While you may have no choice but to multi-task a bit when preparing an entire meal, try not to get too many complicated things going on at the same time. This is a sure fire way to get food stuck to the pan or dry it out. Paying too much attention to one dish while ignoring another is a definite recipe for disaster. Plan ahead and consider which items will take the longest to cook and which items need the most attention while cooking. This will help you determine what order to prepare each dish so that each gets the time it requires.

Always use a timer! Rarely does an item take exactly the amount of time the recipe says it will, but that is usually at least a good place to start! Try setting your timer 5 or 10 minutes before the recipe says the dish should be done and check it. If it still isn't finished, you will have a good visual way to estimate how much more time is required. If it is done, you just saved yourself from burning it!

New Home Buying Tips - 5 Essential Features When Purchasing a New Home!

Buying a home is never an easy task, but knowing what you're looking for (and what you're not looking for) can make the home-buying experience a lot less stressful.

Before you sit down to prioritize your wish list, we highly recommend looking for these 5 features in your new home. We realize some of the features might increase the cost of the home - but the potential resale

value will outweigh the initial costs, we assure you.

Here are 5 essential features to look for when purchasing a new home:

1. Ensuite Bathroom. New homes are being built so quickly with so many features that today's homeowners have become accustom to luxurious upgrades. Parents no longer want to share their bathroom with their children and children surely don't want to share a bathroom with their parents. Spend the extra cash and look for a home with an ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Trust us; you'll be happy that you did.

2. Energy-Efficient Appliances. If you're purchasing a new home - or even buying an older home - chances are you're going to need new appliances. If you're buying a new home from a homebuilder, make sure they offer energy efficient appliances. If they don't, it's worth negotiating this into the price of the home. Everyone is looking for energy efficient features in their homes. Not only will this increase the resale value of your home but it will also save you a ton of money in the meantime.

3. Hardwood Floors. Hardwood floors may add some additional costs when initially building a home but the upfront cost will outweigh alternatives, should you decide to rip out carpet and install hardwood a year or two down the road. Hardwood flooring (especially in dark tones) is extremely popular right now. Upgrading to dark hardwood floors is an essential investment for any new homeowner.

4. An "Extra" Family Room. If you're moving into a new home with your family (or even with just one other person), an additional family room is a necessity. To save your relationship, you and your partner (and your kids) are going to need their own space. An extra family room allows an escape so that you don't have to spend every waking moment side-by-side with the people you live with. Also, if you want to watch different things on TV, nothing is forcing you to watch the only thing that's on in the one family room.

5. A deck. An outdoor haven is one of the best features of any home. If you're purchasing a brand new home, chances are you might not be able to include a deck in your plan. The good news is that you'll probably be able to add a deck right after your house is complete. Looking at the plan of your home (especially the back yard) to make sure that the layout suits an outdoor deck or patio is a great thing to consider during the home-buying process.

Tips On Home Theater Painting

In building a home theater, it is home theater painting that most people neglect. Movie lovers select the most expensive equipment and amplifiers, state-of-the-art speakers and sound system, most comfortable seats, and all other accessories. What most people don't know is how painting affects the colors and images on screen. This makes it an important aspect to consider if one seeks to achieve the ultimate home cinema experience.

Home theater painting would involve the walls and ceiling. A wide-screen or flat-screen plasma TV or any model of superior quality is the best that you can have. Once you've decided on a television set, it is time to choose the paint for the walls and ceilings.

Choose dark-colored, flat or matte-finish paint. Never use glossy paint, as it reflects light from the screen. When walls are flat and non-reflective, the colors from your screen look clearer and more vivid. While black is the ideal choice, the idea of a black room is ghastly. Some choose red or plum tones, while others prefer neutral colors like brown and tan. The idea is to keep the room dark and light reflection minimal.

Also do not choose paints and products like vinyl wallpaper that block vapor. Instead of allowing the walls to "breathe", these products act as vapor barrier, so moisture condenses and stays on the wall, causing the paint to chip off or deform.

Before painting, it is important to prepare the wall. Repair holes or cracks with Spackle or plaster, then scrape off or sand uneven surfaces. After repair, apply a primer on the surface. The wall should now be ready for painting.

With these tips at hand, you will discover that home theater painting is important as it is easy. By choosing the kind and color of paint, and applying it properly, you are able to enhance your viewing pleasure. So visit your local hardware store and choose from the wide variety of paint colors. Your dream home theater is just a few paint strokes away!
